Actually, if you search the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office trademark
database you will find 50 live or dead trademarks of the word
Alcatraz, both alone and in a phrase.
For what it's worth, there are zero trademarks for JSecurity.

I guess that from the legal POV, Alcatraz can't be a trade mark, as
it's a geographic site (an island). A bit like if you were to
protect the Java name... Uh ? Damn !!!
