I found the following book to be helpful:

RUNS Legal Guide for Starting & Running a Small Business

If you determine that you need to incorporate but don't want to pay a law firm
(several hundred to over $1k for S-corp) to file, you can do this yourself but it
would be good to know someone that has done this so you can ask them questions
about NC procedures.

Anyone with an experience in launching a website under new company banner?

I am planning on launching a website and was wondering if I will have to start my own company for the copyright issues, etc.

Would muchly appreciate if anyone can share their startup experience.. and also of any good (and well, relatively less expensive) law firms in the Triangle area for doing this stuff?

Thanks,
John.
