You may consider to incorporate the company 
as S-Corporation. Five years ago, I went through
the process of starting a company as S-Corporation
all by myself (well, plus the two other partners).
You can buy some books, copy the letters, forms,
etc from it, and also download from the state 
government web site the incorporation forms.
It costed us about $200 for the whole thing (books,
company registration, web domain registration, etc).

The reason we selected S-corporation is 
for the protection of liability and tax benefit.
S-Corporation's income is not taxed. Your dividend
from the company is treated the same as your personal
income. So there is no double tax (tax the company
and tax the shareholder).
