Rewriting the package manager to use libgit2 is another slow-progress one that was targeted for 0.4, but maybe if folks are really demanding a feature freeze then we could re-evaluate what goes in and when we're really targeting to make 0.4-dev into 0.4-pre.
New GC should get merged as soon as Oscar hits the button.
