Hi,

How could I localize the new measure tool? I can't find the strings from
jump.properties files.

Another thing about languages, the language folder is now placed inside
the openjump core jar file which makes editing a bit more tricky. Would
it be possible to separate language files into some more easy place for
avoiding a need to extract them out of the core jar and re-pack
afterwards? I have noticed that Kosmo folks have done it so that
.properties files are under directory \bin\language.
