The keys starts with
org.openjump.core.ui.plugin.tools.AdvancedMeasure...
org.openjump.core.ui.plugin.tools.MeasurementStyle...
In the actual SVN version at line 891.
And the key model.MeasureLayerFinder.measure in line 369.
