I don't send html (aka "rich text") messages, but if you have the
setting:
- account settings
- sending mail
- message format
set to "html", doesn't that get you html outbound?
[sorry, but i find html email to be such an abomination that i won't
test this. one of my complaints with K-9 is that it won't let me
view text parts of multi-part messages -- displaying only the html
part.]
