Fraid not
I have my A/C set to HTML but when I compose a message there are no options 
on the page to Enbolden, Underline etc and if  I try  insetring the normal 
markup symbols e.g. [b]bold test[/b] then it is all just sent as text, not 
interpreted to produce enboldened text.
