Everyone who is offering help is doing do of their own free time. The client is open source. Nobody is forcing you to use it.
Lots of people have no trouble setting it up. But when troubleshooting a problem, you need to answer the questions asked, not give answers you believe to be relevant. If you want help from this volunteer community of users, I suggest "please" and "thank you" are things you should add to your vocabulary. If you want changes to the open source client, you could submit feature requests top the volunteer developers or submit code.
