Don't despair. (OK, you can despair, but don't give up - yet) Topological routing is a technology, not a product! The WAND link that you discovered, Andrew, is an independent implementation of that technology. It is worth checking where they are going; it won't cost you the $5900 (or whatever) of the TopoR product.
