We recently converted to different mailing list software that produces archives in a format that's easy to feed to a search engine. (Our previous software used arcane CGI scripts to display the archives and Google refused to index them.) All of the mailing list history has been moved to the new format, but we have yet to finish setup of the search facility. Hang tight, we'll make an announcement when it's ready...
Meanwhile Todd had some good pointers to 3rd party archives.
