Yeah.....great how we have all the furor and legal challenges to
domestic snooping and the RIAA tracks thousands of people a day
probably, not to mention as it says in the article all the other legal
grey area they're happy to tread on.

Pirate Bay might not be breaking the law but seems authorities
can still go after people who download copyrighted content
from them.  I'd think MPAA/RIAA will snoop on traffic
to their server and start suing those people.
