And the SCOTUS is never wrong nor should ever be challenged. Noooo. (But it's not too bad, for the most part they do a decent job.)

No one said that. However, the SCOTUS is part of the balance. They should be challenged just like the President and Congress.

Something that the Right seems to be rediscovering now that they aren't the majority anymore.

Funny that.

Suddenly those pesky pieces of paper called the Constitution and the Bill of Rights seem to be much more important.
