I saw two problems Thursday night, but not what you describe. The preceding message made mutt hang for about 30 seconds while sending. Then it took 4 hours to get from roadrunner to sparkplug. Also, their DNS stopped resolving pop-server.san.rr.com [66.75.160.45] about a minute after mutt stopped hanging.
