If your pool of possible .sigs is big enough, the way this is usually
accomplished is to have a daemon that randomly changes your signature
text file every minute or so. That way you'll get a randomly-chosen
signature from whatever's currently in the file when you click "Reply"
or "Write." (I don't do it this way, so I can't recommend a specific
software package.)

This method allows for some duplication now and then, of course, but
that risk should be minimized if your list of available choices is
large.
