comcast definately rings a bell, or sorespot :D not as bad as cox, who has horrible spam policies and no technically inclined people running there mail setup.

Yes, I know. I am currently having trouble with my personal mail regarding Cox. I can't report phishing or spam to anyone because when I send such a report through the Cox mail server (the report would contain the header of the offending e-mail and sometimes the body of the e-mail), it refuses it as spam. Complaining to Cox has so far resulted in responses from people that are completely clueless and should probably not even be allowed near a computer at all!

I have checked most of the blacklists and our server IP (12.184.45.102) does not appear on any of them.
thats a good start but did you specifically check the comcast RBL our just the public ones? they offer there own and a get out of jail page at www.comcastsupport.com/rbl

Been there, done that, filled out the form, no response from Comcast yet.
