OK, so I have to know that "help" is bound to "M-x". I think "help"
being bound to "help" is probably more intuitive. ;-)
Sigh.. M-x isn't help. That'd be C-h, or "help", or the help menu... all
of which are displayed in the main buffer when you first launch Emacs.
M-x gives you access to the command mini buffer, something that is
explained in the first two pages of the Emacs tutorial.
