I found the following through the ZMI interface under
portal_contentpanels
Title Recent changes
Id Recent changes
URL (Expression) string:here/viewlets_folder_recent/macros/base_portlet
Condition (Expression)
Permission View
Category GL:folder
Visible? (checked)
I unchecked Visible, and saved, looked at web site in another tab, no
change. So this isn't the right place to configure this.
