We've got a researcher who bought seven systems from Iron Systems.
One of them had hardware trouble.
Iron Systems wasn't even aware that they sold support contracts.
IMHO, they may be good integrators, and sell at a good prices, but
you're on your own for anything after the sale.
If that matters.
Honestly, they couldn't find their asses with both hands in the dark,
in terms of post-sales support.
We ended up sourcing parts ourselves aftermarket to rebuild that one
system.
