I don't remember saying that about any airplane, and am not sure what a Strega is (Google says "italian for witch" and an Italian liquor). I put a fairly large fillet radius between wing and fuselage, using a 3" diameter cardboard tube with some 36 grit floor sander adhesive belt wrapped around it. 4" PVC pipe works fine too. It knocked that job out rather quickly, although glassing any inside radius is a bit of a pain in the butt.
