Quick question for any UCD experts out there.
I have a TVS100 running a custom menu. Call presses 1 for sales and the TVS
does a blind transfer to the group. If all agents are busy then the call
gets send to the UCD timetable. On expiration of time table, they are
supposed to transfer to an overflow extension which I have set to forward
automatically to v-mail. Everything works, DISA card play OGM, etc. However
on transfer, they are sent back to the auto attendant instead of
transferring to voice mail.
Any ideas?
