You're are going to need to connect a laptop or other pc to the serial port
to program it.
If you have that already set up, then these other suggestions will make
sense, if not, then you need to tackle that first.
You need to program the ports in the TVS to go to the proper "custom service
menu" (choose 1 ), do that for ports 1 and 2 for day and night.
Then you need to program the "custom service menu 1" so the digit options
will go to the proper extension, and 0 for the operator.
Those steps are done by pc.
Then you need to call into the vm to record the menu (The drill sargent lady
doesn't do that for you, you have to record your own menu)
[intercom] 165 # 6 * 998 5 4 1 and follow the prompts for recording.

out orders. She pretty much starts out "Enter your party's extention!" etc.
How can I get her to bark out something like "For Sales press 1", "For
Support press 2", "For company directory press 3", then when #1 is pressed,
it rings a specific extention, when #2 is pressed it rings a extention and
when #3 is pressed they get the directory. I'd also like to keep press ) for
the operator.
