You didn't mention the key ingredient, the port settings in the TVS. If you are using Trunk Service (not Port Service) Then you must set each trunk/port to the appropriate greeting and menu. The TVS will call them "trunk groups" but that really means individual trunks (the larger TD500 and TDA use them as real trunk groups- but for the 1232 they mean individual co lines.)
I usually do not use company greetings, just the custom menus, but either way, you have to tell each port which greeting number (or none) and which menu number to answer with (for day and night).
