I have done the same thing. The problem is with the TVS terminology. You have to set up the TVS not as "trunk groups" as it says, but as "CO" lines on a one to one relationship with the KSU. Program Trunk Group 1, 2 &3 to go to the same CSM, 4, 5 &6 to another CSM and 7 to the 3rd CSM and all will be fine. It does not matter what the CO line group is set in the KSU, the TVS will look at what CO is coming to it.

Customer purchased a TD1232 (8x16 Config) & TVS120 92 port config) through the internet. 2. His computer friend installed both systems. Wiring OK. 3. Customer has 3 companies with the following numbers CO 123 = Company A CO 456 = Company B CO 7 = Company C 4. Customer wants each with its own company greeting and custom AA Service 5. No Problem, I set up 123 as group 1, 456 as group 2, 7 as group 3 6. Set intercept timer to 3 with 165 as intercept extension. Set up 3 Company greetings 1 2 3 Set up 3 Custom AA 1 2 3. 7. group 1 works OK, Plays company 1 the customer 1 AA. 8. Group 2 plays system greeting (Good Afternoon....)instead of Company 2, then plays Custom 1 instead of custom 2 9. the same goes for group 3, plays system greeting (Good Afternoon....)instead of company 3, then plays Customer 1 instead of custom 3. 10. So what did I do wrong ?? CO group lines are set up as: 1 1 1 2 2 2 3 ================================ Bye for now !
