You program voice commands via the telephone, but you (or someone with
a nice telephone voice) will have to speak them.  Unfortunately, you
cannot record directly (I really wish you could).   I think you mean
press "Zero" for the operator.  These are all auto-attendant prompts.
For each prompt you can set the action - dial Ext 121, etc.  You might
find it easier if you buy "Voice Mail Master".  It will allow you to
program the machine from a computer (except for the voice prompts as
mentioned above), just as you can from any terminal program, but it is
a lot easier.  However, it cannot setup extension groups, if you need
those, you still need to do that from a terminal program.
