It's not happening on all incoming lines.  It's difficult to duplicate
from here since it doesn't happen on incoming local calls.  We have an
employee located in another state that has been the primary source of
details on the problem.

If I disconnect just one CO line, it will roll over to the next line and
may or may not happen.  Disconnecting _all_ CO's from the system would
certainly tell me if it's internal, though.

Ahhh.... yes.  It would have to use two lines if happening internally,
wouldn't it?
