l2tp/ipsec

Hello,
Jacco described very thoroughly how to setup l2tp/ipsec for winXX.
In his configuration he uses the ability of l2tpd to assign ipaddresses from a pool to clients.
I wanted to setup this configuration with rp-l2tp, but did not find equivalent parameters to do so.
Did I miss something?
