1. Most likely caused by problematic NAV connections, usually easy to fix.
2. On the timed button, make sure you have the flag called "Don't Move" checked. 3. I've had similar issues, I've found 2 solutions: Either place a func_nav_blocker around the entire area behind the doors and block it until they open, maybe with a timed delay so the doors can open a bit first, or create alternate routes off of the area behind the doors to the area in front, such as vents, so the zombies can climb up, run around and attack the players. That way you don't need to block them from spawning. 4. Incorrect NAV settings. Hope this is helpful.
