A (high school) teacher of mine asked for my assistance on a college project in which she has to create a floor plan of a school tech center. I agreed to help her and also mentioned I can create a 3d visualization of the floor plan, using the Source Engine.
I was wondering on the legality of doing so. I will be creating the visualization using L4D2 including some L4D2 models as well as custom models. I nor the teacher is getting paid for the project, but it will be used for a college project. Please respond as soon as possible please, as the project is due Monday.
