Well the floor plan isn't actually based on an existing structure (just one
she made up), and she didn't have any exact dimensions, more so just a
sketch on some graph paper, so I'm not really worried about dimensions that
much (although I did do some testing a long time ago when building my first
house map, based on the common theory of 1 foot in RL = 16 units in hammer).

And the floor plan isnt exactly that complicated, and I'm relatively fast
with hammer anyways, so I'm not too worried on time especially since I
already have most of the props being used figured out.
