I did a shoot recently where I met 5 labradoodles, we talked for a long time.  4 were first generation and one was a 5th generation from Australia.  She was blue just like my female standard poodle and the only thing that gave her away as a doodle was a heavier face, slightly less curls and her long tail.  Obviously the poodle was in there.  They all had very nice temperaments except one that was local and I'm supposing from a less than reputible breeder.

 

Most I see are wonderful and adorable.
