Australia for years has addressed those things. For example, Guide Dogs
Victoria Australia have their own breeding facility at the Guide Dog Centre in
Kew where they breed their own dogs, and if you are blind then simply apply
for a FREE fully trained Guide Dog. Also, they certainly have bred
Laradoodles, and note on one of the links below they mention, "Some
clients have a preference for a certain breed, and we try to meet their
needs".
