Thanks Carol! :) For my puppy area I converted my formal dining room into a puppy nursery. My best friend's husband built the whelping box for me. We picked and chose from several designs we saw until we came up with this one. He did a great job on it :) The only drawback to it, is it is very heavy and it doesn't fold up, but since my room is devoted to the puppies it isn't a concern for me. I just leave it set up all the time. He made it so it is very easy to clean.
The mirror was lots of fun while the puppies played with it. The go by and look occasionally and paw at the other puppy but they don't bark and jump at the other puppies in the mirror any more. I suppose I shouldn't be disappointed since that was the goal :) To not be afraid of their images. But it was so cute when they woofed at their images :) The strings are their leashes and they only have them on when I am sitting there! One of their more favorite toys is a baby piano. They actually play it! It is just hilarious to see them dig at to deliberately make the sounds!
