Only an extremely small percentage of Labradoodles have been Guide Dogs, Service Dogs and Therapy Dogs, the vast majority have been your average pet dog in suburban homes.
 
There is an "Association of Australian Service Dogs" that uses various breeds in it's organization and the president of that organization has already objected in writing where it appears the organization just might have a legal right to do so, and it might take some time to sort out what can or cannot legally be done about calling Australian Labradoodles to a new name of Australian Service Dog, and it seems the legal representative whose handling the change to a new breed name might not have encountered this during their search. Note as an example this old news article which mentions "Association of Australian Service Dogs, or ASDOGS" as seen at this address:-
