OK, there's a language issue; even though I can get the gist of what all the writing on that web page is about I wouldn't be able to read an email in Flemish, let alone write and complain!
You could write her in English. The fact that she doesn't write her blog in English doesn't mean that she doesn't understand it. There are lots of people who are perfectly capable of reading and writing e-mails in English but not writing a blog in English -there is a big difference between these two.
