Hello Clay, I would say it can be a small object to mix the sugar in the tea, or coffee... or to mix a cocktail drink. A kind of spoon, but only to mix liquids. It reminds me of one my sister brought me from Italy. But this one was made of Murano Glass. Just a guess...
