Would a pdf saved on a read-only cd format work? There must be protective software available otherwise the coupon sites that restrict you to one or two printouts wouldn't work.
Seems a good idea to me but I know nothing about the different formats and would have to rely on the superior knowledge of some of you younger ones out there. All ideas will be most welcome and hopefully we shall find a solution between us.
