An i.d can be imposed on the download. That works sometimes too well, as
one of our Arachnes has found out (good luck sorting that out, Ilske)

I think lace ebooks would be cost-effective for all concerned although the
price of paper these days is at a good price. Just a thought, a large
publication could be sold digitally in parts by subscription?
