The question as put by Amir is that we need a discussion for a solution.
Amir indicates that there was no consensus and that the situation was to be
dealt with by others.

I want to know what the result of this action is.

At this time I am opposed to any and all solutions because we know not
enough. We take a leap of faith as if this is what the community wants. We
do not know.

This is not the time to go for a final solution. It is time to learn what
the Azeri community wants.

Wikipedia has rules and coming to a conclusion at this is not right.
