True, that community activities are important, and I think that it is
important to approve all other projects. But Wikisource is a very different
project, where the value would be even in its passive existence. When there
are text available in that language -- and there are already a few of them
-- the chances of a community being drawn to it are bigger. But in any case
value for readers is really big. Maybe the rules should be different for
Wikisource because of its different nature (no original text, basically)?
