Actually I agree with you. However that will never be.
Money, Race, Status, etc all come into being when a person is on trial.
No matter how much any of us want to believe otherwise. So it just
wouldn't work.
Some crimes and some criminals are just so horrendous though that the DP
seems to be the only thing that fits them. One such person I can think
of is Singleton. :(
I still couldn't send an 11 year old to his/her death. And if they
lowered the age, it would even become more impossible. I honestly can't
think of anyone that could, if it came right down to it.
