Even if we find (or found) there is no problem with the name, I think
is not bad idea registering de lazarus trademark.

I don't see why the fundation should own the trademark, I think is ok
if Michael Hess, Marc, Mattias or any other lazarus developer
registers the mark.

At least in my country before registering a trademark one
investigation should be performed in order to find if the name can be
used or not, I guess such investigation is a requisite other
countries also. That would be the real test.

As for the monies, there is not much, but I have earned few dollars
from a bounty in my paypal account, your can count with that.
