Hi Dirk,

ICM2.0 allows to handle more than two profiles
(CreateMultiProfileTransform, similar to lcms). I used this for some time
(also for two profiles). But didn't make any checks regarding speed.
It is much easier to use lcms. You need to handle some parts by your own,
what lcms handles for your (also limiting to 4 colors).
