Marti, It seems that candidate releases and full releases are distributed identically with same URLs and using the same names. There have also been some re-issued official releases (including 1.18) using the same names. Sometimes only the candidate release was announced, with no announcement for the final release. How are we to know if the package we are using (and re-distributing) is the official release?
