So I think that trouble is solved. I'll test this build on test server for some days before putting it on production servers, but I think that it'll not crashed.
I updated nasm to 2.08.02 (0.98.xx - fails to asssemble on host system after perl update; 2.09.02 - produced broken code for e3-2.6.3), also I updated e3 (it was trivial; and newer version is bigger by ~100 bytes).
