And the window hasn't even shut yet. I expect we will sign Davenport (maybe delayed as he is out of contract and yet not fit) and I expect Nunez will sign too. Then there's Caulker coming in on a season long loan from spurs - and who knows who else coming in from the prem as they decide their 25 men squads.
Ward isn't coming now we've signed MacCormack as we can't guarantee the trotters first team football for him. I think "selection problems coming up" is a bit of an understatement....we've signed so many players now that SG can't possibly know who his best players are - let along know what his best team is. Worrying few weeks ahead while things settle down - I'm glad we have such a solid start.
