You have fallen into the trap that the others who defended Becchio did. You
said that just because Becchio and McCallister picked him he must be good
enough. Can't you make your own mind up ? You then went on to say we need a
striker who is good in the air. Isn't that supposed to be Becchio's strength ?
Another Becchio myth. You then go on to say we should look at what other teams
have up front. Well Rob Hulse was in a different class for starters and in my
opinion Becchio wouldn't get into many teams in this league, he's not good
enough. You've got to score more than 10 goals at least and he won't do that
this season.

And Becchio has a better goal per minute/game ratio than Watt, that must
mean Becchio is a better option up front than Watt?

Don't get me wrong, I think there is promise in a forward line without
Becchio, but I do think you lot need to look around at other teams and see
what they have up front. For example Beckford today made Becchio look like
Batistuta before he was hauled off!

Becchio, like most players, has his limitations, but unless you lot think
you are better football managers than Grayson & McAllister clearly Becchio
gives the side something the other options we have do not, and give the team
something you are missing in your coaching naivety.

I personally think that we need someone up front who is good in the air -
the way we are playing this season with proper wingers, we are getting lots
of good crosses in and if we had an aerial threat then we would be
contenders for automatic promotion!!

Grayson deffo does not know his best team because he keeps picking Becchio.
I mean Somma has only been on the pitch for about 10 mins this season in
league games but still has more league goals than Becchio.
