Richard, Rather than typing pathetic little emails like the one below how about giving us some of your wisdom about what is going wrong ?
With 'donkey' Becchio at the helm in a 4-5-1 we have won 6 out of our last 20 games which has now resulted in us dropping out of the play off positions. My suggestion last night was to play 4-4-2 with Paynter and Somma together. Paynter was so isolated in the system last night and so is Becchio when Snodgrass and Gradel are not firing. Even when Somma came on last night for his customary 10 minutes Paynter was taken off - Grayson rigidly sticking to his 4-5-1. Also the midfield of the Spurs tea boy and Bradley Johnson is not going to do anything at this level is it ? When Kilkenny came on second half I thought we were a better team. I also pointed out that Bromby was the weak link at the back and I would have brought back Naylor and Bruce. Well Naylor came back and we kept a clean sheet and I thought he was man of the match even if he did tire towards the end and maybe should have been sent of. Naylor may be coming to the end of his career but he can defend and is a proper defender which can't be said for most of his partners this season (Collins !). So I thought we did ok last night. We were the only team that were going to win the game. I think we have to be looking at a 4-4-2 because the 4-5-1 is not working. So Richard , how do we make the play offs ? 4-5-1 with Becchio ?
