I think we should give great credit to Grayson, who took some really brave
decisions.

1. Bringing back a rusty Naylor (Ha!) after all these months out and given how
shaky he was before. A huge gamble, which paid off spectacularly with a
splendid performance from the skipper.

2. Sacrificing midfield creativity for defensive solidity by playing Livermore
& Johnson. This meant that we looked relatively comfortable defensively in the
1st half against the league's form team, but, predictably, created very little
going forward.

3. Having the courage to replace L'more with Killer at h-t. I think he had to
do it b/c L'more was walking a tightrope, but the danger was we would fall
apart at the back again. As it happened, Killer's creativity helped us dominate
the 2nd half.

We were SO lucky with the ref. Livermore should have walked, and Naylor easily
could have as well.

I thought Paynter played well, and it was more the system that caused him not
to have a sniff of goal.
