Yeah the 'push' was a strange one. I did not spot it at the time but the lad next to me was going mad about it, and when they showed the goal on the big screen there did seem to be a push. Watching it today on sky , it looks like the forward flung his arm out at O'Dea but was so far behind him ,he almost missed him and just about touched him. That is why O'Dea did not fall to the floor or complain about it - he probably did not know that he had been shoved - the intent was much worse than the deed !I agree with the amazing number of handballs committed by Cardiff and also that, in general, the ref had a good game, I was especailly impressed with his use of 'advantage' laws, on a few occasions he let play go on and then brought it back for the foul. He had plenty of time to hoof it out or play back to Rachubka (I wouldn't blame anyone for not doing that). We all commented round me that it was surprising no-one appealed, so maybe it looked worse than it was. _______________________________________________ Leedslist mailing list Info and options: http://mailman.greennet.org.uk/mailman/listinfo/leedslist To unsubscribe, email [email protected] PETE CASS (1962 - 2011) Rest In Peace Mate
